MARRIAGE LICENSE PROCESSING TIPS (CITY OF LAPU-LAPU)
- Both of you should go to the nearest city hall (Local Civil Registry) to apply for marriage license. Lapu-Lapu City Civil Registry is located at the 2nd floor of the LTO office.
- Prepare the following documents: CENOMAR (Photocopy), NSO Security Paper (Original), Parents Advice (21-24 yrs. old) or Parents Consent (18-20 yrs. old).
- You must know the COMPLETE names of your parents, especially mothers full maiden name.
- Upon application, an interview will follow
- Family Planning seminar will then be scheduled on Friday 8am-5pm
- Your names will be posted for 10 days, and will be claimed thereafter
