MARRIAGE REQUIREMENTS

1. Baptismal Certificate - New Issuance with "Marriage Purpose" (Original)
2. Birth Certificate - NSO Security Paper (Photocopy)
3. Confirmation Certificate - with "Marriage Purpose" (Original)
4. Complete List of Sponsors - with Marriage Contract if married, Baptismal Certificate if single (Photocopy)
5. PRE-CANA Seminar
6. Counselling - to be scheduled 3/2 weeks before wedding
7. Interview - to be scheduled 3/2 weeks before wedding
8. Marriage Banns - 3 Sundays

NOTE: Requirements and payments should be accomplished 3 weeks before the wedding day.

Fees Assessment:

1. Special Wedding - 1,500 (waived 1 pair of sponsor)
2. Additional Sponsor - 200.00/pair
3. Mass Guide - 10.00
4. Bridal Candle - 50.00
5. Video Electricity - 150.00
6. Wedding Decor - 3,500.00
7. Choir - 500.00 (Male/Female) 700.00 (All Male)
8. Arras Pouch - 65.00
